Olympiad XX Mailing Information  

Some Olympiad entrants simply can not physically come to Clan!

The following guidelines will be strictly enforced for all shipped and mailed entries:

  • All mailed/shipped entries must arrive at the address below no later than July 13, 2007.
  • All mailed/shipped entries must include the entrant's Amtgard name for entry purposes, and phone number for emergency situations.
  • All mailed/shipped entries must arrive with a full inventory, including categories for each item.
  • All mailed/shipped entries must be packaged in a box which can withstand shipping twice.
  • All mailed/shipped entries must have pre-paid, return shipping lables enclosed.
  • Written Entries may not be emailed; six (6) copies of each entry must be physically sent. They will be destroyed after judging unless return postage is enclosed.
  • Entries which arrive without pre-paid shipping lables will be considered to be gifted to the Burning Lands. The items will be sold at auction, and the proceds will be used to off-set the costs of Clan and Olympiad.

Note: The Autocrat nor the Burning Lands will be held responsible for normal risks such as items becoming soiled due to weather. Every precaution will be taken to ensure the care of all entrant items.
In the event of a damaged box/goods from arrival to return, I will immediately call the entrant to inform them.
